Micah & Sabrina were engaged in January. One of the pluses of living in Oklahoma is that, as a general rule, January days are sunny and warm enough to enjoy being outside. They wanted to re-do the engagement for a few pictures, so we stopped by the lake to try that. One of the negatives of living in Oklahoma - is that our lakes are, well, let's just say, not photogenic. But we tried :)

Next we stopped in at downtown Heavener, another one of my favorite fall-back options.
This idea.........looked good on paper....
............but didn't work out so great in real life.
Not to mention the wind tangling up all that string! But they were good sports about it.
Towards the end here I wasn't feeling like we had quite gotten that Perfect Shot. So we stopped on the way to the car and they spontaneously held up the frame ...and what do you know, this turned out to be the couple's favorite of them all! Happy wedding planning, y'all.
